ISO accredited certification (UKAS) is a statement to stakeholders, employees and senior management that the business wishes to operate to a set framework in order to achieve its objectives and keep its commitments. This could be customer satisfaction, production or environmental objectives.
For example by running a quality management system, a company can stay in control of its processes and procedures, ensure if anything goes wrong it is rectified quickly, efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer. It can also ensure a smooth line of communication between employees, suppliers and customers at all levels in an organisation.
Many public and private sector tenders request ISO accredited certification as either a pre-requisite to moving to the next stage or as a filter to remove companies from the tender process. By achieving the ISO that customers and clients give weight to, ensures that companies are on a ‘level playing field’ with potential competitors and improves the chances of successfully tendering. Many companies we work with report a major internal efficiency improvement which allows them to achieve greater results both in a sales and operational capacity.
Whether part of existing project deliverables, or as a project in its own right, we work with our clients to achieve ISO certification (accredited by UKAS). The timescale and cost depend on the size of the business and the procedures and standards already in place.
We aim to help our clients achieve ISO within 3 months; however this can vary depending on the size and complexity of the client’s business. Once we have analysed an organisation and agreed to take on the work, we guarantee to achieve ISO accredited certification.
